I come bringing tidings of joy from Colorado Rockies camp in Tuscon, Arizona. On Friday, Dave Veres pitched a perfect inning in an intrasquad game, and he followed that up with another three up, three down performance in a "B" game against the Chicago White Sox yesterday. His first "official" appearance in the Cactus League can't be too far ahead. So far, so good for our favorite cyborg.
